This policy applies to all paid subscriptions of House DNA, a web application operated by ND Studio. Payments on House DNA are processed securely via Razorpay.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, email us at info@ndstudio.in within 7 days of payment, along with your payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or the email address used at checkout).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible.
House DNA subscriptions are one-time payments valid for 12 months. There is no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel — your plan simply does not renew unless you choose to make a new payment.
When a paid plan expires, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is retained and you are never locked out of existing records.
If a payment is deducted but your plan is not upgraded, or you are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with the payment reference. Verified failed or duplicate charges are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
